Setup Jun 22, Race June 23rd

Ready, Set, Go!

Experience the thrill and excitement of a motor cart race!
When:        12 noon, Sunday, June 23rd, 2019
Where:       City Square Plaza on 12th Avenue, downtown Regina, SK
What:         The Mini Indy Race for Recovery charity event

Swervin’s Mini Indy is set for summer of 2018. We are revving up for the charity race, the proceeds of which go directly to OSI-CAN to support veterans and first responders affected by PTSD or Operational Stress Injury (OSI).

The Mini-Indy is a fun packed day of racing, highlighting the Maaco Indy style cart.

The kicks keep coming! If the outcome of a race is in any doubt whatsoever, the crescendo of crowd noise builds frantically over the last few laps. This race features multiple lead changes throughout, and each pass pumps up the crowd with anticipation!

There will be hot dogs, hamburgers, T-shirts, prizes and a 50/50 draw for a chance to win some BIG BUCKS!

It’s the perfect way to enjoy a Sunday afternoon. Whether it’s a date or a family fun outing, we can promise loads of fun and adrenalin-pumping and heart-pounding action!

We have set a goal of raising $20,000 for our charity and are shooting for 20+ teams, each comprised of 5 to 6 members. The race fee for each team is $1,000, which will go directly to
OSI-CAN (keep in mind that this program operates solely through private donations).

For more information about OSI-CAN, contact Julius, the provincial coordinator, at 306-552-3801 or Merv, the event organizer, at 306-529-0683.
